one flute broke in transit. I notified the seller and sent a photo. They then asked for photos of the box and packaging and I sent them photos. There was no extra support under the stems of the flutes when they stacked them in the box. The seller site said "no returns", so I tossed the broken flute and recycled the box. The seller then asked me to return all the flutes in the original packaging. As the broken flute was only $5, I ate the cost. No thanks forthcoming from seller.

Feedback inaccurate. Buyer was asked to return items for full refund and they refused. Then 6 weeks later they leave me a negative. BEWARE!!! vindicative. Ebay messages to prove I am correct that even a lawyer can't deny!
