After 3 days the item hadn't shipped so I contacted the seller which took another 2-3 days to respond. I asked to cancel my order for a full refund. The seller DID NOT cancel but instead sent the item which arrived 2 weeks later and was definitely not what the item description referenced. I was a seller for 6 yrs on eBay with a 98.6% rating and this was the worst seller I've ever experienced. How are they still on this platform?
