Seller falsely listed item as having an adjustable waist which the item doesn't, meaning the shorts do not fit my son as there is nothing to pull the waistband tight. Poor communication as the seller debates everything and is not offering any solution to the problem. I have opened a case. I will not be buying from this seller again. Poor service!!

Unfortunately this is the first buyer I ever encountered who was aggressive in their messages to me and very unreasonable when I responded to her concerns. In the end I reached out to eBay customer service who were great in resolving this buyers false claims and aggressive behaviour. As mentioned I’ve never encountered this ever before but some people will never be happy even when the paid next to nothing for a brand new pair of Espirit shorts that were accurately described with matching photos.
