Didn't receive this until 18 days after auctions close. Seller was unresponsive. Had to open a case with ebay just to get a reply. Once I finally received the package, it only contained 13 of the 15 items shown in the listing. I was promised a $2 refund, but was told I had to close the case with ebay first. I did so, and have not received any partial refund as of 5 days after promised. This is not the way to do business.

Seller was COURTEOUS. Seller was HARD to reach and SLOW to respond. Have to PUSH the issue to get response. Issue with transaction: Seller took offer on new/sealed books. Seller SLOWLY waited to deliver books. Books came with a musty/cigarette smoke smell. Not pleased with books but will read for time being. Buyer BEWARE and question/research items BEFORE purchasing. Seller did make partial refund back for books. Seller is NICE and FRIENDLY but won't buy from again. Message seller BEFORE buying.
