This brainiac sent me the wrong card all together. Worst customer service ever. Basically offered no real resolution other than me returning the item and him refunding me. I live an hour drive from the nearest town and why I order my cards online. So I got my $16 back but costed me $20+ in gas in my truck to fix his mistake. He refused to send me a replacement because I got upset about his mistake and complete lack of any real customer service or resolution. I will never shop with them again

I sent buyer incorrect item and contacted buyer before item was delivered. Buyer wanted a refund label sent immediately. Buyer was ok with refund but as time went on buyer developed an attitude and started name calling. I was trying to handle this in a professional manner and buyer became more irritated. I had to refund the purchase once return was delivered. I was willing to work with buyer until he became rude and I choose not to deal with his attitude.
