it was so small you could only fit an egg in the tray so how could you use it to measure the ingredients for a cake you would have to weight them in ounces it would take ages i did send emails to the company but they just said it WAS A KITCHEN SCALES [ but i bought one the proper size a few days later] so i think they and this product can go whistle for any type of feedback from me [none that they could publish anyway] I GAVE IT TO MY GRANDAUGHTER TO PLAY WITH IN HER DOLLS HOUSE shelley jones

At last a simple set of scales for weighing normal things accurately. I can't imagine why most similar looking scales weigh up to 5 kg, but you can't easily read 100g. Really useful for my mum who can't get used to digital, but who still wants to measure cake ingredients accurately.

I purchased these scales as had a previous set which I used alot but lid has split, but this set the lid where you weigh your food isnt as big or as deep so very disappointed in this, plus you have to slide the lid onto the scale area not like the better older set I had but otherwise exactly same. Nice clear weighing figures and old ones stayed accurate so hope these do too. Its mainly the lid that I'm disappointed in because of its size.
