I had a good experience with this seller! My item shipped and arrived very quickly. I do wish that it were packaged a little more securely because the package/box did arrive smashed, but the contents weren't fragile and I can still use the product. I only mention this because I recognize that sellers are faced with the dilemma of trying to keep packaging costs and weight down in order to keep ever increasing shipping rates down. If you require secure packaging, you might wish to reach about it.
