I had trouble getting the package from PostNord. The personnel at the supermarket where I was to pick up the package mislead me about where the package was. They seemed not up to the job. I had to contact various people to find out that it was at the supermarket and had to bring an email from the main office of PostNord to get the package at the supermarket. It took me a couple of hours and a lot of stress and running around. The package itself was well wrapped and no damage.
