The item was exactly as described, and came in great condition. However, the shipping was shoddy, and I expected better. The helmet was thrown into a box, as was a black bag with the certification card in it. Bubble wrap was stuffed around the helmet, with no care taken to protect the autograph signature on the hemet. I would have expected a better wrap job from a professional organization. Overall, the item was good.
