This is how you become a trusted seller! The jacket was used, but when I washed it, the insulation material appeared to have failed. This item was, "final sale," and "no returns," but I reached out to the seller and they offered to refund me without any issue given this wasn't a foreseen issue by both sides. I will be a returning customer! I ended up donating the jacket to the local homeless shelter and they gladly took it. Thanks!
