The cups I purchased was described as being used, but they looks brand new. The box was damaged and one cup had two chips on the rim. They were securely packaged and shipped fast. I’m happy with my purchase even though one cup was chipped in two places on the rim. I have another one here that the chipped cup will match lol. I highly recommend this seller, for the way they securely packaged my cups. My cups would have been shattered, from the damaged to the box they were shipped in. Thank you!!
