This was a really worth while purchase for me, having 4 LAVs for 25$ being a great deal. Of the LAVs the two partially completed ones have given me insight for improving what I currently have and what can be improved. As for as I can tell this order is 100% as described in the post and everything is there, I was surprised at how efficiently everything was packed into a small box but Im happy for that. Even with crossing the US to get to me the price of shipping was fair and it arrived quickly.

Item arrived as described and pictured. No damage. Will fit well on our RR set-up. This item was combined with a second house in one box which makes sense. Shipping cost was on the high side for one small box. Know as a seller you need to make something on the transaction, but holding the shipping cost for 2 items that were then combined into 1 small box doesn't seem quite fair.

The item description says that they might need cleaning but they look awesome and I didn't bother with that I just unwrapped them and put them both on my shelf and they look awesome.
