This experience was painful! Weeks and weeks after the expected delivery date, I still didn't have the package. The seller did not respond timely to my emails and when I cancelled the order, she told me she would refund my payment when she got the package back. At that point, the package was supposedly lost, and I didn't know if anyone would ever see it again. When the seller didn't refund my payment, I went straight to Ebay and they refunded my money immediately, no questions asked.
