Items met the description. This set is beautiful. Unfortunately, there was no packing foam or bubble wrap in the box. The items were individually wrapped with only brown butcher paper. The ornament on top of one of the lids belonging to one of the pots (either the coffee or tea) broke off while in transit. Also, the serving tray arrived with a noticeable dent. I value this set and truly love it. Please package items with as much packaging materials next time to secure them properly. Thank you.
