I like the printer, I have had several in the past but I am having a difficult time in setting up the wifi and the USB on this model and a message says there is no paper in the tray when it is full of paper, it prints from my phone but not from the printer. Other than using ink at such a fast rate. When only printing less than 15 pictures

Make all features work. It will not pair to Bluetooth and I can't do diagnostics from my computer like I could me HP All in one 6930 model. I want to control the soft ware pot have the internet control it for me. Oh and the ink does not last long and I cant get it to register for HP-Instant en==in by adding another printer to my list. Need simple instructions on how to use the bait in panel to connect to home router. The downloaded software/drivers would not do this. It took an IT guy 3 minutes to do it. I could have done it with some simple instructions.

Cosmetically not quite as good as I expected, but acceptable. The online setup was a little quirky but effective and pretty easy to get finished. This is the second HP printer of this style that I own, both of them work great, however the only issue with this printer is that the touchscreen is not as responsive as my older model but it does work. My other HP printer similar to this one I have used without issue for about four years and like it a lot.

I had a hard time finding where to load the paper for the printer as the information sent with the printer was not any help. Then I had to find where they had taped the printer for shipping and some of it was inside where you load the paper. It is an excellent printer, with great print quality at a very good price. Unless your a computer whizz, it's hard and confusing to set up. Prints great and copies very well. I've had it for a couple of weeks now and that's all I can do. Don't expect to just plug it in and go for it.
