3 13" dolls crammed haphazardly in a tiny box, with NO insulation whatsoever, and at neck-breaking angles. Came with free stray hair. Wasn't addressed by name, so housemate ended up opening it along with her own package and giving it to me later. Had no idea what was going on with shipping the entire time, package was also not trackable, but seller was responsive, and it looks like the dolls suffered minimal chafing. So evens out I guess. Wouldn't take a 2nd shot tho.
