We had to replace our old GE Microwave with a new model GE Microwave. The old trim kit could not be used. I contacted Arrow Appliance, who answered all of my questions in a few emails. Arrow did an outstanding job in communication, so I placed my order and they shipped the same day. Arrow used FedEx for the shipment. With FedEx you can watch as the package came across the United Sates. Arrow did a Great job and will use them again.
