    Great product

    Super easy to use. We have this for our 2.5 year old pup who doesn’t like to sleep upstairs and it’s great as my OH is hard of hearing so it really helps when I’m on nightshift and they are home alone.

    Rubbish

    It’s totally useless. I bought new rechargeable batteries and a new cable specifically for this make and number of this unit, I have run through the instructions several times and connected it correctly and it doesn’t work. The parent unit lights up but just doesn’t connect to the other one.
