Shipping took much longer then expected. (11 days) Well packaged and no shipping damage. The timer case was partially opened, which was not apparent in the pictures. I'm not sure of the reason for this but hope this is the timer with all the original inner workings that came out of the washer. There is no way to tell but I'll trust the seller and leave a positive review. The description and pictures should be clearer when such a condition exists, even if this was done on purpose.
