The skirt was in perfect condition however I questioned the seller regarding the postage and handling fees prior to payment as I felt that the skirt could fit into a small satchel and should be $10.90
The seller proceeded to say they were unsure if it would fit medium or small satchel and charged me $14.50.
The item arrived in a small satchel as I anticipated so I was overcharged. The seller has sold over 600 items and surely would have known which satchel would fit.

This buyer didn't even read my eBay ads clearly. She didn't even ask any questions before bidding. After she won, she just started a question of postage, I told her I was not sure a large and thick denim garment whether can be fitted in a small parcel bag and my charge of postage HANDLING FEE was $14.50. If she couldn't accept the total cost, why she still bought it? CHEAP! CHEAP! CHEAP!
