Received broken cup from the set. Quickly informed with photo of broken item. Seller told me to go to AusPost to claim broken item despite there being no reason for it to be the fault of postage as the box was in perfect condition upon arrival. I explained the difficulty in my getting to the post office but they did nothing except tell me to get a refund from the postal service. Take that as you will. I won't be dealing with this seller in the future.
