Item was packaged well and as described. Very nice laptop, new charger, battery performs fine. Actually enjoy the computer very much, needed 10 Pro for some automotive software only, great value for my needs. Very solidly built and has a good feel, quite similar to my MacBook Pro. Had an HP several years back that felt like a cheap childs toy, not this one!

I would buy from this seller again. Heck, charge $5 more per laptop and add some extra Quality Control steps to improve our experience. Thanks for a nice laptop. It is in very nice condition.
