However, the packaging was only 1 layer of mostly deflated bubble wrap and some paper, so one mug was broken upon delivery. Unfortunately, it was the nicer-condition one. Please package better next time, especially since I paid $18 for shipping. Extra layers of cardboard are easy to add inside the box and are not expensive at all, and you can use parts of old boxes.
