- 1***9 (43)- Feedback left by buyer.Past yearVerified purchaseWas told told by the seller it was new condition with No scratch’s on the dvd. After retrieving the package at the post office on July 13/2024. And opening the package, I found a couple of scratches. I contacted the seller and sent him pictures showing the scratches at the post office and quoting him that the dvd was like new and no scratches. And that was why I was purchasing it. And said I wanted to return it and a refund. He said yes and refunded my money and I re- mailed it back to him .Reply from: sunsetstriprecords- Feedback replied by seller sunsetstriprecords.- Feedback replied by seller sunsetstriprecords. As stated, I gave an immediate refund - no questions asked. I'm sorry the condition was not what was expected. This was simple human error, not a deliberate effort to be misleading.
