This is a high shine glossy red. My husband really likes it which is why I use it. It is long-lasting (well, until you eat, drink or wipe your mouth) and is a beautiful bright red. Since my skin tone needs a more blue-red, I layer this over a blue red lipstick and it works great. It is a quality product and one tube lasts quite a long time.
