    Model advertised as used, in orig. box - received as new (!), but with its screws missing, which obviously caused the jumping inside model lose parts (seller tried to make up for it adding bubblewra inside). Seller responded in the smoothest and most professional way possible - an immediate, full refund, and a true appology.
