    RATE AND REVIEW Seagate IronWolf 4TB NAS HDD SATA 3.5" Internal Hard Drive 7200RPM 256MB Cache represents good value for money

    It is too early to tell whether this is a quality drive. Ask me in two years time when 20,000 hours of continuous use has elapsed. In the meantime though, the installation went faultlessly and SMART is not showing any errors. The supplier was very responsive (as you need to be where disks are failing) and the product arrived in the mail well packed so that it would be in pristine condition on arrival. I am very happy with this product from a value for money standpoint and I have been using Seagate disks since the mid 1980's. They have always been of good quality.

    Fast, reliable, and incredibly good value vs a barracuda or competing NAS drives.

    Definitely far more reliable than any consumer drive, worlds ahead of their barracuda drives. Found that the speeds are far more consistent than barracuda drives and far faster than competing WD drives due to WD RED drives being SMR which is just horrible for NAS purposes. Cheaper than WD drives too, you'd be silly to buy a WD RED currently. Got two for my NAS, and one for my mothers NAS, haven't failed me so far. Definitely recommend.

    Reliable drive for small NAS use

    I've bought about 6 of these so far. They've been great. Run cool, quiet. Perfect for a RAID array in a 4 or 5 bay NAS.
