I am a longtime user of Dell's build technology and this appears new and unused. It may not be cutting edge but these (apparently refurbished) units offer the best value for money, Windows 11, and are cheap as chips. I would recommend this first class seller.

Also, it lost the system time if it was unplugged and the motherboard battery needed replacing, but it boots up quick and runs pretty fast so it's mostly good.
