The manilla envelope arrived in a bad state. As the cardboard inside was rigid it tore into the envelope. Fortunately the contents were plastic covered. Other sellers use the plastic Aust Post envelopes. Better for bulky items. I will change the wording of my other items to suit. My wording was not intended to be misleading. I often use small Australia post padded satchels for bulkier items. I thought the photos on the listings would have been sufficient to show if the covers were FDC's or PSE's so I apologise if this was not the case.
