      I know i should have a netrual feed back.... Seller backed out of the deal, issues with shipping prices to California. Seller didn't give me any other options..seller has other items I would have been interested in, maybe we could have worked something out....Most importantly He did refunded 100% the cost instantly, great communication only reason I left a positive review.....I would do business with seller again

      Well i try to keep shipping costs low and sometimes it does not work out well for me especially going to the west coast. I can't eat 20+ dollars in shipping costs...feedback isn't worth that much to me, since sellers can't leave anything but a positive feedback. I refund asap after i figure out actual costs, and if it was under 10.00 i would have just sent it. in this case it was like 35.00 difference. Sorry but i understand your feelings on this.
