    It was a positive experience in the end but was by no means an easy fit. I sent the seller a message asking if this frame would work for an Aeron remastered and got no reply. I took a chance and bought it. I found out I needed to drill out the rear support holes because the remastered uses a bushing and the classic does not. I was able to do this and then it fits fine. There is a very small (2º) angle difference but you can't really even tell.
