    My holiday tree arrived on time. Packed well but the lights did not work right. Contacted seller, was immediately sent a usps label for return with no ship charge. Contacted seller a week later as I had not got to post office before closing and seller told me to discard item and refunded immediately including the shipping charge I paid to get it. Very thankful for a responsive honest seller. I’m not going to remove any stars for a defective item as these are from the 90s.
