I don't know if it was done by the seller for a cheaper rate or a lazy "UPS" driver that didn't want to deliver to my address. No signature was required and no notification from "UPS" so I don"t know who is to blame. I just know that I had to go out of my way and give up my time to go to this drop point about 12 miles from my home address for my package.
