    Parcel unfortunately went missing within Australia Post but was found after I lodged complaint and advised seller who was also going to lodge complaint. Item eventually sent and item was in perfect condition and as advertised by the seller who was very good helping when Australia Post had somehow lost the parcel. Delay in receiving was not seller’s fault at all as all Australia Post’s fault.
