    Better than the original!

    This controller is a better than original, reproduction of the best control pad from the 16-bit era. The size and weight are the same as the original, but the cord is longer, the d-pad moves easier, the button presses build your confidence with every press. Large or small hands can use this controller comfortably for hours at a time. Do yourself a favor, order two of these, you will want to show off exactly how good this remake is!

    Smaller and not as good as the original Sega controller.

    I had high hopes for this controller but I noticed that something wasn't right about this controller. The first big problem with the design of this controller is that it is noticeably smaller than the original Sega genesis controller. When playing long periods of time with this controller it is so small that your hands start cramping up. My hands are not overly large either but this was a big disappointment because it says on the box that it is the same quality as the original. The second problem with this controller that has been noted by others is that the d pad does not feel as good and is not as responsive as the original. If you are looking for a controller that will work and you have baby hands or your kids are playing a Sega Genesis and you don't need pinpoint accuracy and can ...

    Disappointing

    Well... I currently regret this purchase and hope it will improve so I don't have to return it... I wanted to love it, but I DON'T because some of the buttons are too sensitive -when I push the MODE or X Y Z buttons, they double click unless you barely touch them -AND I MEAN "BARELY"! I bought this controller for the fact that it has a Mode button and because every other controller I've owned for the Genesis has been either used and therefore worn out/more difficult than necessary, or doesn't work as well as it should (wireless controllers that came with my genesis reboot unit would fail when I needed them most/signal interrupted due to my aiming the wrong way during difficult maneuvers)
