    Great for beginner air fry cooks and beyond.

    I really like this book. A friend loaned me her copy and I returned it telling her I had ordered my own. It has a conversion chart to go from oven instructions to air fry instructions. A big plus for me to use foods in the house before I got the air fryer. Some of these recipes sound great, I can't wait to try them.

    Understandable to chefs

    It has a great opening chapter explaining what an air fryer is, basic information on how to convert an oven recipe to an air fryer, and things to watch for while using one. However the following recipes themselves are not simple enough, contain too many ingredients and prep work. I wanted a simple book on french fries, plain chicken, chicken with breading, etc. She asking for 10-13 ingredients with each recipe and usually a marinating time of at least 30 minutes.

    Excited to use.

    I just received the air fryer for Christmas. Haven't tried it yet but I can tell by the descriptions and recipes in this book they are more for the every day cook like me. Not everything fancy and gourmet. I really like the extra hints and calorie savings they list at the bottom of the pages. Looks like a great book to start with for me.

    Worth the wait! Great value.

    This is an excellent cookbook for air fryer neophytes! Each recipe is pictured; the pages are on heavy, glossy stock; and there are many tips that answer questions that come up when reading each recipe. I did my research and looked at a dozen cookbooks before settling on this one, and am very happy with it.
