    Next Best Thing to an Electric Can Opener

    Good Grips makes the most awesome kitchen tools. My hands aren't as strong as they used to be so I love using my new, easy to hold can opener. It's so easy to operate that I think it's the next best opener to an electric one.

    A great can opener

    It's more expensive than the el cheapos but it's worth every penny and more. I have severe osteoarthritis and this is easy on my hands. Since I don't like pain and have more than enough of it "that's just what the doctor ordered - avoid pain whenever possible".

    OUT WITH THE OLD AND IN WITH THE NEW

    These days it's always tempting to buy something electrically operated but I live in an area where the power goes out frequently so I primarily stick with manual kitchen aids. There is nothing more frustrating than a can opener which doesn't work properly and I was impressed with the reviews of this one when my current opener was snagging and catching on every can, threatening me (and sometimes succeeding) with gouged hands every time I laboriously tried to open a half-cut lid. I LOVE this opener.
