I used to work in Television Broadcasting and saw these units being delivered from the manufacturer. The BBC moved to Cellular bonding Broadcasting and these were soon redundant.     arrived next day well packaged as described worked perfectly passed with flying colours when tested on receipt cheaper than new probably over paid to be honest but had the missing parts and fully was aware what was missing so made one out of two fitted my needs as a back up to the brother printer. print engineers are a bit like builders they give you a time but might not be on that day handwriting labels isn't my idea of fun. would use this seller again if needs must
