    Stylish Look / Sleek Design

    The phone is easy to set up and has a sleek design that is easy to grip and hold onto. The phone has a crisp sound and many programmable features with one key missing feature. You can shut off the ringer on the base but cannot shut off the ringer to the handset. The volume button on the handset is to adjust the ear piece volume. If you are looking for a phone that you can/need to silence the ringer; this phone is not it! .

    Got the phone plugged it in over night charger got real hot. Never turned on or charged. E mailed company .have yet to here from them. Not very happy!

    Exactly what I ordered

    this item was exactly what I wanted and matches my current wireless phones. All the phone functions work fine. Only one disappointment, there is no way to transfer the 50 saved phone numbers to the new base except to add one at a time. This is time-consuming and cumbersome.

    Extension Phone EL50019

    I connected the phone to my MajicJack and it worked great. Unable to find a supplier for the extension handset Model EL50019. Tried a google search and clicked on many of the findings that came up. NO LUCK. Not even on the AT&T web site.
