I took a ten dollar refund to keep it and avoid the pain in the butt of returning it. this compressor arrived dirty and had obvious hammer marks on the ears from being dismantled and rebuilt. I live in las vegas and the heat here kills a/c compressors which is why I wanted NEW, not reman. buyer beware. The current listing still says new even after The seller knows better and got called on it.
