    Every kitchen should have a Brisker.

    Does a nice job of keeping crackers etc. from getting stale, particularly in high humidity places like Florida. I have the smaller model before purchasing this one. I remember my mother had one so I've been familiar with Briskers for a long time. No kitchen should be without one!
