Sellers response after I contacted them was that they washed it inside and out and it didn't have stains. If you blow up the sellers pictures you can see the stains. They offered a partial refund leaving a comment that the item was clean and they disagreed that it was dirty. They refused to acknowledge that the listing was wrong and the item was used not NEW.
