    Some hardened plastic residue on barrel - probably from touching hot tool to plastic bag. Easily removed. Stain on barrel. Applied WD40 to squeaky spring - now it’s fine.

    The overall purchasing experience was smooth. However, I knew I was taking a risk in buying a used item. The curling iron works, but the spring that is designed to clamp the hair in between the opening of the curing iron and the iron is broken. The curling iron doesn’t hold the hair in place while curling. I have to push it down to clamp the hair snuggly.
