When I reached out to the seller requesting a partial refund, I was met with a dismissive and unprofessional response: “Good luck sending it back since you shipped it overseas.” This response was not only unhelpful but also offensive. As a buyer, I expect honesty in listings and fairness in resolving issues. Unfortunately, this seller failed on both countsReply from: elyriapcs- Feedback replied by seller elyriapcs.- Feedback replied by seller elyriapcs.The buyer tried to strong arm me into giving him $100 back on an item that cost $179 with free shipping. He opened a return and sent me a message saying I will close the return if I gave him $100 back. I told them I would rather them return it. They were clearly overseas from the address, And used a backdoor way to even get it delivered to them instead of the EBAY GLOBAL SHIPPING PROGRAM. (Which is against ebay's user agreement). So they tried to strongarm me, I said no, they gave bad feedback.
