    Disappointing

    The pulley is not actually that 'long' so no great advantage to having a pulley at all, plus it doesn't work that well in that it can't cope with anything too heavy. Wouldn't buy again, but they were very cheap, so couldn't expect anything great. Will be looking for something a bit more substantial.

    Tricky to use

    Pulleys don't click back all the way to top. It takes several attempts to get the tape to support the weight of the basket if at all. Also bear in mind your basket will be a lot lower so allow for the length of the pulley

    Unreliable product

    Bought 4, only 3 worked, another failed during short period of time. Unreliable mechanisms. Won’t often retract upwards after being lowered for watering. Best considering paying more for a better quality product.

    Doesn’t always snap back

    I love the idea of this product but it does make the baskets hang a lot lower and doesn’t always snap back. I have to fight with it to click back into place. I do like the product and I’m glad I bought it

    Disappointed

    I've had these before but these do not wirk as they don't click and hold the hanging basket when you push it up . I dhall be returning the item forthwith .
