Poor packaging, bubble wrap was not taped/secured around the item, hence, item was bouncing around inside the box without protection. I ordered quickly as I had been looking for this particular sink to match the one I currently have (wanting to upgrade bathroom vanity to a double sink. However, I placed order and failed to see it was for pickup only. The seller is located near the Canadian border and I am located near the Mexican border. I contacted seller with my error and he graciously refunded my money. Thank you and again, I apologize for the inconvenience.
