They took 6 days before finally shipping. I WAS SHIPPED THE WRONG COMPUTER. (packaged poorly, mind). I contacted them immediately. They talked a bunch of gibberish. They refused to follow-up. I upgraded the computer (to be able to do what the advertised one could do) while I was waiting for them. By the time they finally answered for their nonsense, it was 20 DAYS later.
