    Not as expected

    I bought the power bank for my hp laptop as it advertised that it can be used to charge a laptop. However it didn't say that I need barrel head connector (not usb-c) which you can hardly buy in normal store (must order online). I'm not sure if the barrel connector will work as I bought it online and take approx 3 weeks to arrive (I ordered it few days ago). Lesson learnt (for me): best to buy in-store for pre-consultation before buying any product.

    It is good but not exceptional

    The USB A port is very slow. Discharged quickly when charging Samsung note 10. I expected 27000 mAH to last for more charge cycles.
