    Not "brand new in box" as advertised. No box, for starters; and obviously a vintage component extracted from an install, well scratched up from use, and missing its lock washer. Arrived quite late, but USPS' fault, not seller. Positive: tests in spec (7.2kOhm/7.5 nom) as expected for a 50 year old Ohmite wirewound pot, and I can use it in my restoration project. Seller pre-empted any objection with partial refund. Collectors might want to inquire about the component first before purchase.

    I know this is a positive rating but the comments are all negative. and not exactly truthful, I sent the buyer a note with the item saying I could not locate the item in the box, and sending him one with out the box, and gave him a full refund not a partial as he had stated, I did not refund the shipping and maybe that is why he said partial refund. It is very rare event that something like this happens with me, but I gave the item to him for free and this is my thanks!
