Seller did everything possible from the UK to assist and eventually refunded me since the item had not arrived. Today April 5th, package was at my door. Excellent communication with seller throughout this debacle, Ebay customer service was of no help even though "Tracking is always included so you can track your item right to your door" is proudly stated as an advantage when their Global Shipping Program is used.
